Dynamech Engineers to showcase 'Namkeen' making machines at ANUTEC India 2021

Madhya Pradesh-based Dynamech Engineers has been a pioneer in snack-making machines since its inception in 1985. The company has years of expertise in providing turnkey solutions for namkeens snacks, potato chips, banana chips, cassava tapioca chips, extruded snacks, frozen snacks fryers (chicken nuggets, burger patty), etc. Since then, it has developed and introduced new products and solutions to meet its customers' needs at regular intervals.

Dynamech Engineers will be showcasing its complete range of Namkeen Machines at 15th edition of ANUTEC – International FoodTech India taking place from 2 to 4 December 2021 at Pragati Maidaan, New Delhi. This will include the company's latest innovations to save fuel and improve the quality of snack food.

Ravi Mirchandani, director, Dynamech Engineers, says, "We offer a complete range of machines from semi-automatic systems to fully automatic lines. Our forte is designing and manufacturing continuous fryers for various items ranging from 25 kg/hr to 1500 kg/hr. We offer continuous fryers for Indian namkeens, potato chips, extruded snacks, pellets, lentils, dals, pani poori, samosa, burger patty. We also offer fuel-efficient heating systems (heat exchangers) for batch and continuous fryers."

Speaking of the exhibition, Mirchandani says, "We are upbeat and ready with new technology and solutions for snack food industries." Recently Dynamech Engineers has launched a range of BioMass Pellet Burners from 100,000 Kcal/Hr to 600,000 Kcal/Hr. Continuous de oilers for fryums & pellets, spice mixing drums, namkeen/chanachur mixing plant, new model potato slicer of capacity 1000 kg potatoes per hr.
