Asia Shipping, Latin America's largest logistics integrator, has just moved its New Delhi, India, office to a new corporate space, celebrating another milestone in one of the most strategic markets for foreign trade. "This step strengthens our presence and commitment to the country, at a time when India and Asia as a whole are becoming increasingly important in the global trade and economic landscape," says Alexandre Pimenta., CEO of Asia Shipping.
Asia Shipping has been present in India since 2012, when it opened its first office there, focusing on consolidating LCL cargo, selling import freight, and building new trade routes. With a population of 1.4 billion and considered the fifth-largest economy in the world, India today represents an economic powerhouse.
"We at Asia Shipping are proud to see our brand evolve in this market. More than just a new physical space, this office is a symbol of our growth in a strategic economy, the strength of our team, and our confidence in the Indian market. We now have a modern, collaborative environment ready to foster new connections, ideas, and opportunities," says Pimenta.
In addition to India, Asia Shipping operates in other Asian regions, including China (with several offices), South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and the United Arab Emirates. In the Americas, the company has offices in Brazil (in various regions), the United States, Ecuador, and Chile, and in Europe, in Germany. The company currently has 45 offices in 12 countries and over a thousand employees worldwide.
