Bikanervala to establish AED 33.7 Million production facility at National Industries Park, Dubai

FoodTechBiz Desk

Bikanervala, a global leader in Indian sweets and snacks, has announced a strategic expansion with a new AED 33.7 million investment at National Industries Park (NIP), Dubai. Signed on the sidelines of Gulfood 2025, this partnership marks a significant milestone in the brand’s international growth.

Spanning over 161,000 square feet, the new facility will serve as the central production hub for Bikanervala’s restaurants, cloud kitchens, and retail partners, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to delivering authentic Indian flavors worldwide.

Production is set to commence in late 2026, with an initial capacity that will double to 2,700 metric tonnes by 2030. In line with its sustainability vision, the facility will integrate wastewater management, with future plans for sustainable packaging solutions and a solar power plant to reduce its environmental footprint.

This investment comes at a time of rapid growth in the global food market, fueled by increasing consumer demand for authentic regional flavors and convenient food options. Bikanervala joins a thriving ecosystem of 52 F&B companies at NIP, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a key hub for food manufacturing and exports.

“We are proud to support Bikanervala on its journey to bring authentic Indian flavors to a global audience from the heart of Dubai,” said spokesperson at National Industries Park.
