Carlsberg reaffirms India commitment with MoU for new brewery in Maharashtra

Carlsberg has reaffirmed India as a key growth market with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra to advance plans for a new brewery in the state.

The MoU was signed during the World Economic Forum in Davos by Jacob Aarup-Andersen, CEO, Carlsberg, following a meeting with the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis. The agreement reflects a shared ambition to establish a new brewery and further strengthen Carlsberg’s manufacturing footprint in India.
