Givaudan South East Asia & Oceania (SEAO) is pleased to announce the official opening of its relocated Myanmar branch at the Junction City Office Tower in Yangon. The new facility features a dynamic office and laboratory setup, enabling the company’s Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty teams to collaborate closely with clients in developing consumer-preferred flavours and fragrances. This move reinforces Givaudan’s ongoing commitment to innovation and strong local partnerships.

An official opening ceremony was held in March, celebrating Myanmar’s rich cultural heritage. The event incorporated traditional customs, with attendees dressed in authentic attire, and included a spiritual ceremony led by Buddhist monks to formally bless the new premises. The celebration reflected Givaudan’s deep respect for the communities it serves and its belief in the importance of cultural understanding in building meaningful connections. The event was attended by teams from Internal Management, Finance, and distributor partners, and concluded with a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony to mark the inauguration.

Commenting on the occasion, Reggie Costillas, Fragrance & Beauty Commercial Director, Southeast Asia & Oceania, said, “We’re beyond excited to usher in a new era for Givaudan in Myanmar in one of Yangon’s premier business hubs. This move represents both a significant upgrade to the local working environment as well as a strategic investment to facilitate even more seamless support to our valued clients.”

The new Myanmar branch underscores Givaudan’s continued investment in the region and its dedication to delivering high-quality, locally relevant solutions to its customers.
