Huhtamaki India is pleased to announce the appointment of Himanshu Desai as the new Head of Operations.

With over 14 years of extensive experience in operations, Himanshu brings a proven track record of excellence in leading cross-functional teams across production, maintenance, quality control, and business excellence. Prior to this role, he successfully led operations in Huhtamaki’s UAE Flexible Packaging region, where he managed three manufacturing sites and drove key initiatives in Safety and World Class Operations (WCO).

In his new capacity, Himanshu will focus on strengthening safety performance and embedding a ZERO loss mindset across Huhtamaki India’s manufacturing footprint. His leadership is expected to further accelerate the company’s commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
