Great Galleon Ventures (GGVL), one of India's oldest family-run distilleries, has crossed a significant manufacturing milestone, producing more than one million cases (10,07,726 cases) in a single month. This marks the highest monthly production in the company's four-decade history and reflects the steady expansion of its manufacturing capabilities over the years.
Today, GGVL manufactures across multiple beverage alcohol categories, including Country Liquor, Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Ready-to-Drink (RTD) beverages, Scotch and Bourbon, while also serving as a contract manufacturing partner for leading global spirits companies and export markets. Operating from a single integrated manufacturing campus, the company manages production across glass bottles, PET, 100% certified food-grade recycled PET (rPET) and aluminium can packaging lines.

Over the last four decades, GGVL has continuously strengthened its manufacturing infrastructure through investments in automation, packaging technologies and production capabilities. As the Indian beverage alcohol industry has evolved, the company has expanded its ability to manufacture an increasingly diverse portfolio of products while maintaining quality and consistency at scale.

Alongside its manufacturing business, GGVL has also been investing in building its own premium consumer portfolio. The company introduced V21 Vodka, recognised as India's first premium vodka bottled in 100% certified food-grade recycled PET (rPET), now available across Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Rajasthan, Assam and Kerala. More recently, it expanded its portfolio with Batch Master Whisky, a premium blended whisky available across key markets in Madhya Pradesh. Together, these brands represent the company's continued focus on premiumisation, product innovation and sustainable packaging.
