ILPRA is proud to announce that Maurizio Bertocco, Chairman and CEO of the Group, has been designated as President of UCIMA (the Italian Packaging Machinery Manufacturers’ Association) for the 2026–2030 term.

The official appointment will take place in July during the Association’s Annual Assembly, when the handover from outgoing President Riccardo Cavanna will also occur.

UCIMA represents Italian manufacturers of packaging machinery worldwide and serves as a strategic reference point for the development, innovation and competitiveness of the entire industry.

With over 40 years of experience leading ILPRA, Maurizio Bertocco brings a strong vision and deep market expertise. His professional path ensures continuity and stability for an Association operating in a rapidly evolving global environment, rich in opportunities and shaped by key challenges such as technological innovation and sustainability.

This designation is an important recognition not only of Maurizio Bertocco’s leadership, but also of ILPRA’s contribution to the growth of the Italian packaging industry worldwide.
