Motivated by a desire for continuous development, she pursued extensive training in Computers, Microsoft Office, Executive Assistance, Sales, and Office Management, successfully pivoting into the corporate domain.

Her foray into the packaging industry began with a leading fast-food packaging company, where she demonstrated outstanding communication skills, relationship-building capabilities, and a consistent record of performance. Over a span of 2.5 years, she earned a reputation for her adaptability, professionalism, and dedication to learning.

In her new role at PrimeFiber, Ashima will lead business development and sales efforts, focusing on expanding market reach, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.
