Sayaji Industries Limited today announced on its social media handles about its entry into the caramel manufacturing segment through a 50:50 joint venture with Nigay SAS, a France-based global leader in caramel solutions.

As part of the partnership, the two companies will establish a state-of-the-art caramel manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad.
