Stonefield Flavours sets up new futuristic dairy technology plant in Bangalore

With a vision to build global capability for dairy taste solutions in India, Stonefield Flavours has launched the country’s first state-of-the-art dairy technology plant in Jigani, Bangalore.

Formed by a group of seasoned food industry professionals working together for the passion of taste & flavors. Stonefield is an Indian flavor company that is poised on the edge of tomorrow & strives for broadening the horizon of its customers’ palates and becoming accustomed to international standard sensorial experiences.

The new dairy technology plant was inaugurated by Ravi Jayawardena, group chief executive officer, Maliban Group, and V V S Mani, director, operations, UNIBIC. Dilum Bellana, head of corporate affairs & chief financial officer, Maliban Group, Warna Fernando, group general manager- QA & RD, Maliban Group, and Simon George, president, Cargill joined the gathering.

Customized by leveraging advanced dairy reaction technologies, the facility will enable all its customers to win in the marketplace with superior dairy taste experiences in bakery, beverage, confectionery, nutrition, and much more.
