Torsten Steenholt will join Carlsberg Group as EVP Integrated Supply Chain

On 1 November 2025, Torsten Steenholt will join the Executive Committee of Carlsberg Group as the new Executive Vice President for Integrated Supply Chain. He replaces Victor Shevtsov, who has decided to step down from his current role.

Torsten Steenholt joins from Novonesis where he currently serves as Senior Vice President of Global Manufacturing. Prior to that, he spent more than 11 years in executive positions with Chr Hansen. In 1997, he joined Carlsberg where he worked for 15 years in various positions across markets and Group.

“Torsten brings 25 years of supply chain expertise and senior leadership experience from food, drinks and biotechnology industries. He has a proven track-record of delivering best-in-class performance within an important focus area for Carlsberg Group. I look very much forward to welcoming him as a new member of the Executive Committee,” says Jacob Aarup-Andersen, Group CEO at Carlsberg Group.
