Bharat Packaging Expo 2027 is envisioned as a global platform bringing India’s complete packaging ecosystem together under one roof. Jointly organised by the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) and India Exposition Mart Limited (IEML), with support from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, and global packaging bodies, the expo is designed to strengthen India’s position in the global packaging landscape.

The vision behind the expo aligns closely with India’s broader packaging and export ambitions. As Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India; highlighted during the launch, packaging is increasingly critical to product safety, quality, resilient supply chains and global trade. In this context, Bharat Packaging Expo 2027 provides a timely platform to advance innovation, sustainability and internationally compliant packaging capabilities while strengthening India’s presence in global markets and supporting the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

With 500+ exhibitors, 30,000+ business visitors, participation from 60+ countries, 25,000+ sq. metres of exhibition space and 20+ knowledge sessions, Bharat Packaging Expo 2027 will bring together manufacturers, technology providers, brand owners, packaging professionals, buyers and industry leaders from across the value chain.

The expo will showcase the breadth of modern packaging through packaging materials, machinery and automation, food and pharmaceutical packaging, confectionery and personal care solutions, packaging production and printing, labelling and marking, sustainable packaging, logistics and smart packaging technologies.

The expo is also positioned to strengthen India’s export competitiveness by connecting Indian packaging manufacturers and solution providers with international buyers, enabling market access, global partnerships and greater participation in international packaging supply chains.
