Food & Beverage Innovation Forum 2025 and FBIF Food Innovation Expo 2025 will take place 8-10 May 2025 in the National Convention and Exhibition Centre (Shanghai), China.

FBIF2025 is expected to invite 200+ speakers and juries from global leading and emerging companies. The forum will discuss industry trends and innovation cases from different perspectives such as dairy, snacks, bakery, beverages and other categories, as well as industry strategies, functional ingredients, marketing, channels and packaging. Meanwhile, the FBIF Wow Food Awards Ceremony will be held at the FBIF Food Innovation Expo in a new and innovative way, bringing more innovation inspiration.  

In FBIF Food Innovation Expo 2025, it is estimated that there will be over 600 exhibitors with an exhibition area of 62,000 square meters, covering dairy products, beverages, snacks, alcoholic beverages, convenient foods, functional foods, ingredients, OEM services, packaging, equipment, design, marketing, and other related areas.
