BFB Foods, a company of the MC Empreendimentos Group specializing in protein and healthy foods, will be present at Anuga 2025 in Cologne, Germany—the largest global event for the food and beverage industry, taking place from October 4th to 7th. Participation represents a decisive step in the brand's internationalization strategy, which seeks to consolidate the entry of its products into the competitive European healthy snacks market.

Recognized for its innovative 100% meat protein sticks, such as Quisck Sticks, BFB Foods arrives at the fair with a smart and sustainable nutrition proposal, combining flavor, convenience, and high nutritional value. The products are gluten-, sugar-, and carbohydrate-free, with 5g of pure protein per serving and approximately 40 calories, catering to a consumer seeking convenient and healthy everyday options.

The company unveiled its new Chicken stick, along with Original and Barbecue flavors, as well as flavors sold abroad like Teriyaki and Smoky Herbs. The company also demonstrated its pork flavor to the German public.

Headquartered in Guariba, São Paulo, BFB Foods has established itself as an export hub for protein snacks, with production processes based on social and environmental responsibility—including water reuse and wastewater treatment. Participation in Anuga reinforces the company's position as a representative of Brazilian innovation in high-value-added foods.

According to the European Health & Fitness Market Report 2025, prepared by Deloitte and EuropeActive, the European health and fitness market is worth €36 billion and is experiencing consistent growth, especially in countries like Germany, where there are over 11 million exercisers and 9,000 gyms. The report also highlights the growing interest in strength training and protein-rich diets, a trend that is driving demand for products like those from BFB Foods.

BFB Foods director Ana Gabriele Becker emphasizes that the presence at Anuga represents more than a commercial showcase — it is an opportunity to better understand the consumption habits of the European public and adapt positioning strategies.

"Participating in Anuga is a milestone for BFB Foods. The European public has a mature relationship with healthy eating and highly values the balance between convenience and nutrition. We are ready to offer an innovative product, with quality protein, gluten-free, and sugar-free, that speaks directly to those seeking performance, well-being, and sustainability. Our goal is to demonstrate that Brazil is also a leader in functional and responsible foods."

The 2023 edition of Anuga brought together 7,900 exhibitors from 118 countries and more than 140,000 visitors from 200 nations, generating US$530 million in business. In 2025, the fair will reinforce its role as a global innovation and networking hub for the food industry.
