A key highlight of the showcase is a fully dedicated ready-meal packaging line, demonstrating ILPRA Group’s ability to deliver integrated and automated solutions. The FoodPack Hyper 1000 V/G Compact, equipped with a 5-impression mould, will be displayed alongside advanced accessories such as an electronic slider denester, multihead weigher, and KARR volumetric doser. This complete line is designed to ensure high productivity, precise dosing, and consistent quality in ready-meal production.

Focus on smart and sustainable packaging

Sustainability and intelligent packaging technologies will play a central role in ILPRA Group’s presentation. A major highlight is the Fill Seal 5000 L integrated with the Watttron sealing system, developed in collaboration with Watttron. This solution is specifically designed for mono-material polypropylene packaging, supporting the industry’s shift toward recyclable materials.

The Watttron sealing heads offer precise thermal control with multiple temperature zones, enabling efficient sealing of various materials, including mono-materials and aluminum. In addition to sealing, the system provides real-time quality control, ensuring consistent results and enhanced process reliability.

Launch of new FoodPack Synergy Tray Sealer

Another major attraction at the booth will be the new FoodPack Synergy, a completely redesigned semi-automatic tray sealer. This upgraded model introduces improved performance, enhanced usability, and greater flexibility, making it suitable for a wide range of packaging applications. Advanced Flow Wrapping solutions

Under the TI WRAP division, ILPRA Group will showcase the Titanium 6.0 flowpack machine, designed for packaging products in a protective atmosphere. The system is suitable for products of varying sizes, including trays, and will be demonstrated with a specialized conveyor configuration for handling minced meat blocks. Veripack’s technological innovations in Thermoforming machines

Veripack will play a key role in the group’s exhibit, presenting two major innovations aimed at enhancing performance and flexibility in packaging operations.

The Veripack VKF20 XL thermoforming machine, making its debut at Interpack 2026, represents the next evolution of Veripack’s compact thermoforming solutions. Building on the VKF20 platform, the new model features an expanded loading area while maintaining a compact footprint. It offers enhanced customization options, including integration of mechanical forming assistance, pre-heating stations, and automated loading systems such as weighing units and pick-and-place solutions. This enables manufacturers to achieve higher efficiency and adapt the system to specific packaging requirements across food, medical, and blister applications.

The VKB23 vacuum belt machine is designed to deliver precise vacuum control, ensuring extended product shelf life. Built entirely from stainless steel, it offers high durability, hygiene, and compliance with stringent industry standards. Its versatility makes it suitable for applications ranging from meat and fish to dairy products, and it can be seamlessly integrated into production environments of varying scales.
