One of the activities of the first day in Gulfood 2023

The exhibition, in its 28th edition, continues to enhance cooperation between food and beverage communities in the world

Today, Monday, Gulfood 2023, the largest food and beverage supply event in the world, kicks off. Here are some of the most prominent events that will take place today:

  • Her Excellency Maryam bint Mohammed Saeed Hareb Al Muhairi, Minister of Climate Change and Environment of the United Arab Emirates, delivering a speech in Al Multaqa Hall at 12:00 noon Gulf Standard Time.

  • Agthia, the leading group in the food and beverage sector in the United Arab Emirates, launches a new Al Ain product at its booth at 12:30 pm Gulf Standard Time. 

  • In Top Table Event there will be a series of master classes and tutorials with chefs during the day, including:

    - Master Class (12:10 in the afternoon (Gulf Standard Time)) for 20 minutes within the "Dubai International Gastronomy" event, presented by Italian Chef Gianni Tarabini (La Presef Restaurant and Stefano Pinciaroi of PS Restaurant)

    - Tutorial (1.30pm (Gulf Standard Time) with Chef Peter Behel on Sustainability Cooking, founder of Fotografisca Restaurant, who has a sustainability approach.

    - His Excellency Dr. Francesco Lollobrigida, Italian Minister of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty, Italian Pavilion at 1pm, for a cooking demonstration. Interviews can take place between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm, or 2:30 until 3:00 pm (Gulf Standard Time). If you are interested, please reply to this email.
