The Seafood Excellence Asia awards will put a spotlight on standout products launched within the past 18 months, with a panel of high-volume buyers and industry experts from across Asia's retail and foodservice sectors judging and tasting finalists live on day one at the Demo Theater (stand #E28). Award winners will be revealed later that same day.
