FoodTechBiz Desk

The Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) is proud to organise the India Pavilion at Food Ingredients Asia (Fi Asia) 2026, being held at the Jakarta International Expo Center, Indonesia, bringing together leading Indian food ingredient exporters and international buyers.

The India Pavilion was inaugurated by Shri Vivek Sharma, First Secretary, Embassy of India, Jakarta, in the presence of Mr Kamlesh Singh Chauhan, Attaché (Commerce), Embassy of India, Jakarta.

Featuring 50 Indian exporters, the India Pavilion showcases a diverse cross-section of premium food ingredients from India, providing an important platform for Indian suppliers to connect with Indonesia’s rapidly evolving food processing, FMCG, bakery, beverage and nutraceutical sectors.

Indonesia represents one of Southeast Asia’s significant consumer markets, supported by a growing packaged-food industry and increasing demand for reliable, innovative and competitively sourced food ingredients. Against this backdrop, the India Pavilion provides participating companies with an opportunity to engage directly with potential buyers, understand market requirements, establish business relationships and explore long-term partnerships in Indonesia and the wider Southeast Asian region.

India’s food ingredient sector offers a broad portfolio spanning value-added ingredients, functional ingredients, natural products, spices, flavours and other specialised solutions, supported by a strong agricultural and food-processing ecosystem.

Through its participation at Fi Asia 2026, TPCI continues to facilitate international market access for Indian exporters and strengthen India’s presence across high-potential global food markets. The India Pavilion also reinforces opportunities for greater bilateral trade and collaboration between Indian suppliers and Indonesia’s expanding food and beverage industry.

The India Pavilion at Fi Asia 2026 serves as a platform to showcase India’s capabilities, foster meaningful B2B connections and create new avenues for value-added food ingredient exports.
