Reducing the number of batches results in less product variability, ensuring better standardization throughout the entire process until it reaches the final consumer.

The upward shear mesh allows for greater mixing intensity and turbulence for better ingredient dispersion; conversely, the downward shear mesh allows for finer, smoother, and more uniform homogenization.
