Trigarta Curators launches premium fruit preserves with 4 ingredients, high fruit content

FoodTechBiz Desk

Trigarta Curators recently announced the launch of its six traditional "home recipe" based range of fruit preserves and jams: Strawberry Preserve, Three Citrus Marmalade, Cherry Preserve, Plum Jam, Apricot Jam and Peach Marmalade. These flavors contain 18 to 30% more fruit than other available varieties.

Trigarta fruit preserves and jams all contain four ingredients or less with the exception of 3 Citrus Marmalade. All preserves & jams are made without any fructose syrup, artificial color and flavor. The fruits are sourced and processed at orchards itself retaining the natural ingredients and local flavours from the Himalayan region.

Launching the product range, Trigarta's founder and chief curator Ruchi Dogra stated, "My vision is to deliver to our consumers a product range that is pure, natural, whole fruit based and free-from any kind of additives. The entire process of the sourcing of fruits from captive orchards to the processing and packaging is done in a sustainable manner. We aim to provide goodness in abundance in the form of our products, for everyone to savour and share."

The Trigarta fruit preserves are an active ingredient from breakfast to desserts. They are available across specialty stores and on the company website.
