As a company, Emirates Macaroni Factory has always made consumers’ health a priority. “We mainly focus on health with added value such as organic, wholewheat, and other NPDs such as Gnocchi. We are also introducing RTE and Instant Pasta meals via vending machine project,” says Haddad.

Post-pandemic disruptions

Speaking about the recent disruptions and its impact on the food and beverage industry, Haddad shares that the price inflation is driven by wheat shortage and high freight charges. However, being an optimist, he believes that the industry is still on a growing trend, and the food and beverage industry will continue to keep moving forward.

Emirates Macaroni Factory is participating in the upcoming trade show Annapoorna – ANUFOOD India. Commenting on their participation, Haddad mentions that the reason to join ANUFOOD is to find potential distributors and suppliers for raw materials. He adds, “We want to become a major player in imported pasta products across India.”

The company expects to sign agreements in most potential provinces in India to distribute their products. Haddad informs, “We plan to showcase our pasta and sauces for all our customers and partners.”
