Engimech industries was founded in 1999 by Manoj Patel, who saw an opportunity to modernize the snack roasting and flavoring process and improve the product quality. It claims to be one of the first companies in the Indian market to introduce murmura online roasting and flavoring process line.

Talking about the company and its products, Manoj Patel, chief executive officer of Engimech Industries, says, “Our roasters come with manual or fully automated operating options and are designed to ensure uniform roasting for maximum flavor. The company manufactures equipment for roasting (cashew, sev murmura, chana, popcorn, peanuts, etc.), seasoning (nameek mixer, slurry tank flavoring drum), drying ( nut dryer, kurkure dryer,multi-layer dryer), packing(packing machine) and customized projects(online namkeen mixing plant).

At ANUTEC 2022

Speaking about their upcoming participation at ANUTEC, India’s largest international fair for food and drink technology in September 2022, Patel informs, “We will be exhibiting the scale models of our Roasting line and the sample food products of our clients made using our machinery and also the videos of all our latest machinery will be on display.”

“We will showcase our latest offering for food/snacks roasting and flavoring options and connect with prospective and existing clients.”
