HRS displays comprehensive technology for food processing at ANUTEC - International FoodTec India 2022

HRS India recently participated in ANUTEC- International FoodTec 2022 from 14 to 16 September 2022 in Mumbai. This exhibition by Koelnmesse YA Tradefairs is "the platform" in India for food processing and packaging machinery. Prominent personalities of the food and drink processing industry meet at this show to witness the latest technologies and exchange ideas that will help in driving the food and beverage industry.

The company showcased informative videos and presentations to elaborate on its technology. The focus of HRS was to educate visitors from food processing industries about HRS’s technology in applications like pulp & beverage processing, aseptic processing technology for multi-fruit/ vegetable, concentrates, dairy, nutraceutical, probiotic, infant food, and ready-to-eat foods among others.

At ANUTEC, HRS took the opportunity to launch the “Advance Turnkey Line for Tomato processing” video. This AV shows the HRS process and technology expertise and successfully processes raw tomatoes to paste and purees. These can be used for end-user applications such as sauces, ketchup, snacks, ready-to-eat products, and many more. HRS has also showcased informative presentations on various fruit and vegetable applications such as mango, chili, amla, papaya, pineapple, pomegranate, and many more.

For HRS, the event proved to be a successful one as many customers from its focused industries visited the HRS stall. HRS clients and some of the blue-chip companies such as Coca-Cola India, Malas, Jain Farm Fresh Foods, Food and Inns, Jadli foods, Californian Beverages, Hatsun, Exotic Fruits, Schreiber Dynamics, Royal foodstuff, Aditi foods, ABC process, and many more companies visited this exhibition.

“The food processing sector has great potential in India since a very small percentage of fruit and vegetable produce find their way to processing sectors. The 16th edition of India's biggest and most sought-after trade fair for the food and drink processing suppliers industry- ANUTEC International FoodTec India along with its concurrent trade fairs ANUTEC Ingredients India, PackEx India, and Food Logistics India was organized from 14 – 16 September at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai.
