At ANUTEC- International FoodTec India 2022

The KFPT team is very optimistic about their participation in ANUTEC in September this year and to exhibit their products before a wide range of stakeholders, visitors, and decision-makers in the F&B industry. Kochhar says, “ANUTEC is allowing us to grow our potential client base by meeting processors from across the country. It also helps us to grant exposure to a wider set of target audience and helps keep our brand afloat.”

KFPT will display its Elea Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) systems and the conveyors, mixers, and shakers, among others. Talking about the PEF system, he says, “Elea Pulsed Electric Field systems is a new technology that is used to precise and targeted electrical pulses to open the cell membrane (electroporation) of raw products. It is a clean, gentle, and targeted process that can be used to benefit a broad range of products. It enhances your production line, improves your product’s quality, and saves time and energy.”

He explains its benefits, "PEF opens the cells of fresh produce (electroporation), resulting in significant increases in yield, freshness, flavor, and nutritional preservation. Elea is used in applications like beetroot, yogurt, wine, tomato juice, syrup, broccoli, potato chips, freeze-dried fruits, and french fries.”

Future plans

Kochhar shared that the KFPT team hopes to become essential to its customers by providing differentiated solutions and services in food processing to help them achieve their aspirations.

“We aim to offer a wide range of automated, functional, and quality machinery with good service for various food industries and to give customers the most compelling experience possible.
