Speaking about the company, Shrikrishna Ozarkar, a food technology expert (with more than three decades of experience) and business head-food division at Neologic Engineers, says, "Neologic Engineers was established with a vision to provide the latest process solutions and automation to the food, dairy, fruits & vegetables, beverages, pharma, cosmetics, and allied industries. Neologic Engineers manufactures processing equipment for milk and milk by-products, fruits and vegetables, ready-to-eat (RTE), ready-to-cook (RTC), and ready-to-serve (RTS) food products, fruit juices, bakery items, and more.

With a mission to be a 500 crore company by the year 2030, Neologic Engineers believes in traditions and innovations. Commenting on R&D and innovation, Ozarkar explains, "Innovating newer ways for traditional methods has been our forte. We have a cell with a complete team dedicated to various innovative ways, processes, and technological advances."

Neologic has worked with several key players in the food and beverage domain, including ITC Limited, Hindustan Unilever Limited, Mother Dairy, Chitale Dairy, PEPSICO, among others.

The global pandemic gave rise to numerous obstacles in the food and beverage industry in terms of demand, supply, procuring labor force and more. Expressing his views on the pandemic and the changes caused by it, he remarks, “We foresee tremendous growth in this industry as the pandemic/lockdown was instrumental in changing people’s awareness, and perceptions about food hygiene and processed food as such. The industry should see the best growth in the coming years.”

ANUTEC India 2022

Speaking about their upcoming participation at ANUTEC, India’s largest international fair for food and drink technology in September 2022, Ozarkar informs, “We have various verticals in the food processing machinery and are planning to present a few of our innovative products such as Spiral Solutions, UHT (Ultra High Temperature) Sterilizers, and Separator Skids at ANUTEC this year. Apart from that, we will be displaying our various capabilities in food processing machineries sector."

Trade shows help businesses showcase their strengths and attract new customers. Commenting on the role of such events in achieving their business goals, he says, “ANUTEC attracts a lot of business people from food processing and related areas. It can be supplier, customer, associate, or collaborator companies either participating or visiting ANUTEC.”

He adds, "We expect good visitor turnout, old, new & completely new as the exhibition in person is now being held after almost two years. Since we have 100% customer retention, we are looking for new customers and suppliers (actually our growth partners)."

According to Ozarkar, energy will be a scarce commodity in the coming years. Since its inception, Neologic has always worked on "Energy Efficient Solutions". Talking about future plans, he adds, "Our solutions are simple to build and maintain. This continued vision along with various import substitute solutions leading to "Make in India" is what will be happening in Neologic in coming times."
