Catalis offers fully automatic servo-driven vertical form fill and seal machines suitable for packing products like snacks, grains, pulses, spices, flour, sugar, pesticides, confectioneries, nuts, salt, detergents, and other powder products and liquids. Another product includes Flow wrap machines for packing products from a wide range such as bakery products, snacks, prepared food, and many more.

Catalis also offers viscous liquid filling packing machines to pack products like ketchup, chutney, sauces, pastes etc. Its product basket includes all-electric and no pneumatic bulk baggers for bulk-packing grains and pulses.

Smooth installations

Catalis has experienced engineers and technicians on board who make installations a smooth process with the least difficulty. They attend to all the clients’ equipment and operating issues for a customer-friendly experience.

VFFS Altima series

Catalis manufactures a high-speed VFFS machine with a stripping mechanism for packing uneven products like chips, nachos etc. The stripping mechanism greatly helps reduce the product in the seal and simultaneously increases the speed of packing.

Catalis is one of the first Indian manufacturers to offer this technology to its customers in India and have had plenty of installations in India and abroad.
