Adani Wilmar bags four honors at CII Food Safety Award 2021

FMCG major Adani Wilmar’s four processing units have bagged prestigious honors at the 12th CII Food Safety Award 2021.

Instituted by the industry body Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), the Food Safety Awards aim to motivate the Indian food industry to reach new standards of food safety and quality. The awards showcased internationally benchmarked practices on food safety in micro, small, medium and large food businesses.

Adani Wilmar’s Mangalore Refinery and Kakinada Refinery were awarded commendation certificates for “Significant Achievement in Food Safety”.

The Neemuch Besan and Mundra Rice units were bestowed with commendation certificates for “Strong Commitment to Sector-Specific Good Manufacturing Practices”.
