Agilent Technologies announced the opening of its new Customer Experience Center (CEC) and office in Mumbai, reinforcing its commitment to India and enhancing support for customers across life sciences, pharmaceutical, and applied markets.

The newly inaugurated facility is designed as a collaborative hub, bringing together hands-on demonstrations, application expertise, and commercial operations under one roof. At the launch event, customers engaged directly with Agilent experts, explored innovative solutions, and addressed real-world laboratory challenges.

“At Agilent, customer experience is central to how we deliver value—globally and locally,” said Jonah Kirkwood, Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, Agilent Technologies.

The Mumbai Customer Experience Center further strengthens Agilent’s growing footprint in India, complementing its existing Solution Center in Manesar, Refurbishment Center, and the Hyderabad Biopharma Experience Center. Together, these facilities form an integrated network that connects local customer needs with global expertise.

“India’s pharma and applied markets are evolving rapidly,” said Bharat Bhardwaj, Vice President, Asia Pacific, Agilent Technologies. “The Customer Experience Center in Mumbai enhances how we support customers as they modernize laboratories and adopt new technologies.”

“This new Customer Experience Center reinforces Agilent’s commitment to India as a key contributor to global science and innovation,” added Nandakumar Kalathil, India Country General Manager, Agilent Technologies.

With this strategic investment, Agilent continues to advance scientific innovation that improves quality of life, while strengthening India’s position within the global innovation ecosystem.
