Fortifi finalizes Provisur Technologies acquisition

Fortifi Food Processing Solutions, a global leader in food processing automation and related software, announced that it has completed its acquisition of Provisur Technologies, a leading provider of further processing solutions to the protein industry. The acquisition reinforces Fortifi’s commitment to offer complete solutions that integrate optimal automation, robotics and software capabilities.
