ITC FSAN and ICT Mumbai open admissions for second cohort of executive diploma in food safety & regulations

Building on the remarkable success and enthusiastic response to its inaugural batch, the International Training Centre for Food Safety & Applied Nutrition (ITC FSAN), in collaboration with the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, is pleased to announce the commencement of admissions for the Second Cohort of the Executive Diploma in Food Safety & Regulations (ED-FSR) 2026–2027.

The Executive Diploma in Food Safety & Regulations is a flagship professional development programme designed to equip food sector professionals with advanced knowledge and practical competencies in food safety management, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and food governance. The programme aims to bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and industry practices by providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of both Indian and international food regulatory frameworks.

Scheduled to commence in August 2026, the programme will be conducted in an in person weekend format, with classes held every Saturday at ITC FSAN and ICT Mumbai. Spanning 48 weeks, the diploma offers immersive learning experience through expert-led sessions, laboratory demonstrations, field visits, case studies, and interactive discussions.

The curriculum has been carefully developed to address the evolving needs of the food industry and regulatory ecosystem. Participants will benefit from interactions with distinguished faculty members and subject matter experts drawn from industry, academia, and regulatory authorities.

• Graduates in Food Technology and allied disciplines

• Professionals with a minimum of three years of experience in the food industry, or
