Krones Processing India inaugurates new manufacturing facility in Siddipet, Telangana

On 11 October, Krones Processing India has officially inaugurated its new Unit II facility in Siddipet, located approximately 100 km north of Secunderabad, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion and manufacturing growth.

The new greenfield facility has been established in response to the strong growth Krones Processing India has experienced in recent years. Rising order volumes, an expanding technology portfolio and the addition of new customers increased manufacturing requirements beyond the capacity of the company’s existing facility.

Since the acquisition of Unicorn in 2019 and its subsequent transformation into Krones Processing India, the company has steadily expanded its manufacturing capabilities and technological offerings. Its portfolio, which initially focused on tanks and syrup rooms, has evolved to include highly automated skids and aseptic applications.

With the commissioning of Unit II, the company plans to further expand its portfolio to include brewing equipment and components, broadening its manufacturing capabilities to serve evolving industry requirements.

Alongside its established beverage business, Krones Processing India is also strengthening its commitment to the dairy, food, pharmaceutical and alcoholic beverage industries. The new facility is expected to support the company’s continued growth by providing additional manufacturing capacity and enabling it to address a wider range of customer requirements.

The inauguration marks an important step in Krones Processing India’s growth journey, reflecting its continued investment in manufacturing infrastructure, technology and capabilities to support customers across multiple industries.
