Selfly Store by Stora Enso has won the ‘Best Retail ICX’ Award by the Interactive Customer Experience (ICX) Association. The award recognizes retail-specific achievement in using interactive technologies to create a transcendent brand experience that captivates and engages in the retail vertical. Selfly Store won the award for providing a powerful, turnkey solution for unmanned retail.
As part of the solution overview, the collaboration with the Finnish unmanned grocery store chain, Korttelikauppa was highlighted in showcasing the possibilities of Selfly Store in creating interactive customer experiences. Stora Enso is the official technology provider for Korttelikauppa, providing the complete end-to-end technological solution for unmanned and automated stores. With the technology, Korttelikauppa is able to provide customers unmanned, 24/7 service in locations where service might otherwise be limited due to long distances or traditional service hours. With Selfly Store, Korttelikauppa has grown from a single unmanned grocery store to 7 stores within just one year.
