Vinicius Soares is the new VP and General Manager of Sealed Air for Latin America

Sealed Air, a global leader in packaging solutions that integrate sustainable and high-performance materials, automation, equipment and services, announces Vinicius Soares as its new vice president and general manager for the LATAM region.

Soares has over 30 years of experience and experience in large companies such as DuPont and Smurfit Westrock. The executive has extensive knowledge in team leadership and has carried out important work in the areas of sales, product development, marketing and innovation, operations and supply chain, successfully leading businesses with operations in the United States and Latin America.

Soares will lead Sealed Air’s management team across Latin America from São Paulo, with the goal of accelerating growth, increasing collaboration and strengthening operations in the Food and Protective Packaging business lines in the region.

Soares holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of São Paulo and a master's degree in the same discipline from the University of Pittsburgh, in the United States.
