Anuga Select India and Anuga FoodTec India provide a platform to bring these businesses closer to global markets, technologies and partners, creating opportunities for sourcing, collaboration and trade. India is rapidly emerging as a market of choice for global food businesses, supported by evolving consumer preferences and increasing demand for organic and value-added products. With organic exports reaching USD 665.97 million in FY2024-25, the opportunity extends beyond domestic consumption to global markets. Through our Delhi engagement, we aim to strengthen these connections and create greater opportunities for businesses across the region, ahead of the upcoming Mumbai editions.”
India’s food, beverage and agriculture landscape is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by rising demand for healthier, convenient and premium products, alongside growing global interest in Indian food offerings. The country’s foodservice market is projected to grow from USD 85.19 billion in 2025 to USD 93.97 billion in 2026, while India’s agricultural exports reached USD 51.91 billion in FY2024-25, registering 6% year-on-year growth.
