Brenntag, the global market leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, will participate in Fi Asia Indonesia 2026, taking place from 16 to 18 September 2026 at Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo). Visitors can explore the company's latest food and beverage solutions at Booth A2H06.

Under the theme "Better by Choice," Brenntag will introduce a new portfolio developed around three focus areas: indulgence, sustainability, and health. The showcase reflects current market priorities and addresses key formulation challenges faced by food and beverage manufacturers across the region.

"Fi Asia is an important platform for engaging with the food and beverage industry across Southeast Asia," said Choong Jun Han, Brenntag Commercial Director, Indonesia, Philippines and Taiwan, Food Asia Pacific. "This year, we are presenting new concepts designed to help manufacturers balance taste, nutrition, sustainability, and cost while responding to evolving consumer expectations."

The portfolio spans bakery and snacks, beverages and dairy, convenience foods, and plant-based applications, designed to support cost optimization, shelf-life improvement, clean-label reformulation, and functional nutrition.

Highlights include solutions for texture enhancement, protein enrichment, natural coloring, sodium reduction, and freshness preservation in bakery and snack applications. Beverage and dairy offerings include high-protein UHT milk, isotonic and yogurt-based drinks, cold brew coffee, and kombucha. Plant-based and convenience food concepts feature protein-enriched noodles, dairy-free ice cream with gut-health ingredients, and a multigrain alternative milk beverage.

A dedicated sustainability showcase will explore the transition from synthetic to naturally derived color solutions across various food applications.

"Each concept has been developed with consideration for local market preferences, regulatory requirements, and broader industry trends. Our focus is on providing practical formulation solutions that manufacturers can implement and scale for their businesses,” said Lindu Samudra Dwipayana, Brenntag Technical Manager, Food Asia Pacific.

The exhibition will also feature collaborations with supplier partners Novonesis, Arla Foods Ingredients, Ceamsa, Sensient, and Syensqo, whose technologies and expertise contribute to the development of Brenntag’s “Better by Choice” concepts on display.
