CRYOVAC brings automation solutions to Fispal Tecnologia 2025

CRYOVAC, a Sealed Air brand, a global leader in packaging solutions that integrate sustainable and high-performance materials, automation, equipment and services, will participate in Fispal Tecnologia 2025, the largest Latin American event dedicated to the food and beverage industry, which will take place between June 24 and 27 in São Paulo. At its stand, the company will highlight advanced technologies for automation and sustainable packaging, including new products that promise to revolutionize processes in the food industry.

One of the main solutions that the company will present to the Brazilian market is the Cryovac Onpack 308A CE equipment. This form-fill-seal machine allows for efficient and flexible vertical packaging of liquid, solid or mixed products, producing packages ranging from 250 ml to 2 liters. The Onpack 308A CE is capable of producing up to 28 packages per minute at temperatures reaching 95°C, taking up minimal space in operations. These features facilitate the transition from rigid packaging to flexible pouches in the Brazilian market, promoting sustainability, cost reduction and distribution optimization.

In addition to the broad portfolio of CRYOVAC brand fluids, Sealed Air now also has the Liquibox portfolio to serve Brazilian customers from industry to food service, acquired in 2023. With this integration, the company expanded its service capacity to the segment, offering complete solutions also for beverages, including applications such as soft drinks and other liquids consumed on a large scale.

Automation for meat packaging

In addition to fluid solutions, Sealed Air will also be presenting Cryovac PakFormance at Fispal, a system that performs automated protein identification, automatically recognizing the type of cut, weight and other essential characteristics. With this technology, it is possible to precisely define the packaging to be used in the next step, ensuring correct and efficient bagging before the vacuum process, in addition to easy integration with the customer's management system.

Another highlight for the protein segment is the Cryovac AutoLoad R2, a robotic solution that fully automates bagging, eliminating manual efforts and increasing operational efficiency with a capacity of up to 23 packages per minute. With a hygienic design and intuitive operation, the AutoLoad R2 is ideal for production lines seeking scalability, productivity and food safety.

The AutoLoad R2 is equipped with two bag dispensers, allowing the most appropriate size and type of packaging for each product to be automatically selected, supporting pieces weighing up to 20 kg. The solution has a touchscreen interface that provides real-time information, ensuring faster operation and facilitating integration with other equipment already in the production line.

Designed with resistant materials such as stainless steel and anodized aluminum, the machine meets the strict sanitary requirements of the food industry and allows for quick coil changes and easy adjustments for different products. Its intuitive interface simplifies daily operation, while the hygienic design facilitates cleaning and maintenance, ensuring greater food safety and efficiency in production lines.
