Organized by the Cornell Institute for Food Systems in partnership with BCD - innov8 NXT and the AI For Food Global Initiative, are thrilled to announce the Save the Date for an unprecedented symposium focused on the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence in the food industry: "Advancing Food Product Development and Food Safety using Artificial Intelligence." This pivotal event will take place on May 7, 2025, at Stocking Hall, 411 Tower Road, Ithaca, NY 14853.
