Shri Vibracion Technologies, a dynamic player in the field of vibration and screening solutions, made a powerful impression at ProPak Asia 2025, which concluded recently in Bangkok. With an ambitious vision and a growing international footprint, the company showcased its high-performance electromagnetic and electromechanical equipment customized for the food processing sector.
Founded in 2017, Shri Vibracion Technologies has rapidly positioned itself as a solution provider for solid material handling systems. “We started our journey in 2017, and we have specialized in technologies based on solid material handling, especially using electromagnetic and electromechanical systems,” said Chetan Dakhore, managing director, in an exclusive interview during the show.
Standing out with ROI-driven innovation
In a competitive industry, Shri Vibracion has carved a niche by focusing on return on investment (ROI) and sustainable design. “In today’s era, what matters is ROI. Vibracion equipment has proven its worth, with clients seeing a return in less than two years—and sometimes even under a year,” Chetan noted. “Our products also support carbon credit benefits, giving us a significant edge over others.”
Evolution to match market demands
Shri Vibracion’s equipment is designed with hygiene and reliability in mind, critical needs in the modern food industry. “We aim for zero downtime and minimal spare part requirements,” said Chetan. “Whether it's snacks or frozen items, our hygienic conveying systems are resistant to microbial growth and easy to clean. We follow the principle that areas invisible to the eye are homes for microbiology, and we eliminate such risks with robust design.”
With water-resistant and 24x7 operational systems, the company addresses the most pressing demands in food processing environments.
Redefining sustainability and efficiency
“Sustainability is a buzzword, but for us, it starts right from packaging to ensuring production runs smoothly and cost-effectively,” he emphasized. “Even our packaging creates a premium impression—we have had customers say it feels like something from Europe. We also support clients with SOPs, setup assistance, and health monitoring post-installation, keeping machines up and running at all times.”
By delivering low power-consuming machines and dependable after-sales support, Shri Vibracion ensures its equipment translates directly into business gains for its customers.
Expanding horizons in India and beyond
As part of its growth trajectory, Shri Vibracion is actively seeking global partnerships. “While India continues to be a stronghold, we see rising demand in Africa, the Middle East, Vietnam, and Southeast Asia. We have already supplied to markets like the UAE, Switzerland, and some parts of the USA,” Chetan revealed. “Our approach involves working with integrators or distributors while remaining closely involved with the end users to ensure seamless execution.”
A proud moment for Shri Vibracion Technologies as Preserved Food Specialty Co., Ltd has officially confirmed their business collaboration with the company for their existing and ongoing project. This partnership reflects the growing trust and recognition Shri Vibracion has earned globally for its cutting-edge vibration and screening solutions.
Making an impact at ProPak Asia 2025
Speaking about the motivation to exhibit at ProPak Asia, Chetan shared, “We have been participating here for three years. The quality of engagement is exceptional—buyers plan procurement well in advance and treat suppliers as partners. Our machines run 24x7 and have built strong credibility for Indian manufacturing in international markets.”
This year, Shri Vibracion presented its distribution systems, the complete electromagnetic product range, and its Vibratory Spiral Elevator, which drew significant attention for its compact footprint and maintenance-free operation. Another highlight was their newly launched Counting System, which became a major draw at the show.
The power of presence at global platforms
“Trade shows like ProPak Asia help us understand market direction and customer expectations,” said Chetan. “Global visibility requires global standards. Participating in such events enables us to develop agents and system integrators, who are potential long-term partners.”
Reflecting on their experience at ProPak Asia 2025, Chetan shared a key takeaway, “Live demos are a must—catalogs and videos don’t cut it. As an Indian manufacturer, we’re often benchmarked against China, not Europe. Our products match European quality at prices slightly above Chinese offerings. But we have learned that trust and after-sales assurance are crucial. Early in our journey, we lost a deal to a Korean company despite being 15–18% cheaper and technically superior. That incident shaped our strategic focus.”
A glimpse into the future
Shri Vibracion plans to integrate advanced monitoring systems and explore collaborations with hardware and software partners. “Spare part inventories often cost 50% of the machine value, slowing ROI. We are exploring technologies for auto-repair and fragile handling systems that reduce dependency on spare stock and increase machine uptime.”
A message to prospective customers
“We are a young, bold company with global ambitions—but never at the cost of reliability. Our team is highly experienced, and our innovation-driven approach has made us the first choice for many Indian customers. We are here to create a new space, where we are not just an option but the preferred partner for those who seek faster ROI, low maintenance, and certified quality,” concluded Chetan Dakhore.
As Shri Vibracion Technologies gears up for the next phase of growth, its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and customer-centricity continues to set new benchmarks in the global food processing and packaging industry.
