Ambala-based Hindustan Thermostatics (HT) manufactures and exports premium quality milk butyrometer, milk analyzer, automatic milk collection unit, laboratory glassware, milk adulteration test kit, and conical rubber stopper. HT has served almost every Indian cooperative dairy sector federation with its products. The company exports its goods to nearly 32 different countries and continues to maintain a rich legacy.

HT bears in mind the requirements of today, for example, the demand for electronic products that can test dairy for fats, SNF, density, protein, added water, and various other parameters. Over the years, it has expanded dairy equipment, starting from milk collection to processing to packaging. Further, it offers complete turnkey project solutions for milk plants with full automation and a data logging system. The R&D at HT is focused on IoT and software development for more efficient digitalization. HT owns the fastest milk analyzer technology with the smartest IoT-based milk procurement solution.

Hindustan Thermostatics at India International Dairy Expo 2022 has exhibited smart milk analyzers. Sanyam Jain, General Manager, Hindustan Thermostatics, explained, “When a farmer approaches a milk plant, Hindustan Thermostatics’ instruments test the sample at the collection point before entering the plant and then the receipt is generated for the farmer and the data can then be shared with the concerned authorities and with the farmer as well ensuring complete transparency, this is called bi-directional communication. Hindustan Thermostatics’ smart instruments bring the possibility of instant payments to the farmers as well. This helps ensure that the exploitation of both parties is eliminated. HT calls this ‘Doodh ka boondh boondh ka hisaab’.”

A basic analyzer – the Ultra Scan Kurien Model, which tests for ten parameters in 30 seconds to analyzers to detect pH and conductivity to analyzers that work in as little as 18 seconds in case the number of farmers involved is large in the milk was featured by Hindustan Thermostatics at the IIDE 2022.

Jain added, “We are extremely thankful to Koelnmesse for the way the event was done. We had genuine prospective customers who came to our stall and saved a lot of time and effort.”

Hindustan Thermostatics is a partnership firm incorporated in 1965 with two manufacturing units and corporate office in Ambala Cantt Haryana.
