A bagger rated at 220 bags a minute doesn't make money at 220 bags a minute. It makes money on the bags that leave the line sealed, on-weight and saleable, and loses it on every seal reject, every restart, every long changeover and every hour spent waiting for an engineer.
Do the arithmetic. A line running 120 bags a minute across two shifts packs about 1.15 lakh bags a day. At 1.5% rejects and restart scrap, that is roughly 1,700 bags a day, or over 5 lakh bags a year paid for in film, product and labour and never sold.
VAYU is Innomation's answer: a fully servo-controlled, continuous-motion VFFS platform that holds film registration to ±0.5 mm at speed, changes format in about 15 minutes without tools, and tells operators why it stopped and what to do next. One core machine takes four dosing systems, from potato chips and namkeen to spices, powders, liquids and pastes.

ABOUT INNOMATION
Innomation Equipments is an ISO 9001:2015 certified packaging and industrial automation company, founded in 2005 in Hyderabad, India. Design, CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, quality control, remote diagnostics and lifecycle service sit under one roof, so the people who build your machine are the people who support it.
WHY VAYU
Four ways VAYU protects the cost of every good bag
Built for manufacturers who judge a packaging machine over the life of the line, not on the day it is bought.
01 SAVINGS
Less film, product and time lost between good bags
• Tool-less forming set and operator adjustments: format changes in about 15 minutes.
• Automatic web tracking, closed-loop tension control and controlled sealing cut film loss, restart scrap and rejects.
• Optional auto-splicer removes the planned stop at every roll change.
• One architecture across all VAYU models: one set of operator skills, spares and maintenance practices.
02 PERFORMANCE
Consistent bags at full speed
• Fully servo-controlled continuous-motion film transport and sealing: up to 220 bags/min and 60 m/min.
• High-speed print-mark registration holds film position within ±0.5 mm at production speed.
• Box-motion servo cross-seal jaws give repeatable seals across the operating range.
• Built-in product-in-seal detection catches bad bags online.
03 SERVICE
Faster recovery, less dependence on specialists
• Guided troubleshooting, alarm history and OEE/downtime screens show why the line stopped and what to do next, without PLC access.
• Secure remote diagnostics: IEQ engineers see the same data and help fix faults without waiting for a site visit.
• 24×7 remote support, backed by in-house design, manufacturing and field engineering.
• Compact 1.52 m² footprint (2,240 × 680 mm) with single-side operator and service access, simplifying installation within existing production facilities
04 COMPLIANCE
Ready for your market and your film
• Product-contact parts in SS316L with defined surface finish.
• Runs conventional laminates and recyclable mono-PE: trial sustainable packs without changing the bagger.
• Safety controls to Cat 3 / PL d or higher levels engineered from your risk assessment.
• CE conformity and hygienic-design documentation available for export markets.
ONE PLATFORM, FOUR DOSING CONFIGURATIONS
Need the whole line? VAYU can be supplied with weighing or dosing, nitrogen flushing, metal detection, checkweighing, seal testing, coding, track-and-trace and upstream feeding: one supplier, one point of responsibility.
