Within the segment of tray-sealing, SEALPAC is renowned for its highly efficient machines that are capable of packaging large quantities of products quickly, safely, and fully automatically, even in the most demanding industrial environments. Now, its brand-new M-Flex semi-automatic traysealer enables companies with smaller production volumes and frequent product changes to also enter the professional world of tray-sealing, in which they can combine high product safety with an attractive appearance and economical use of materials.

Regardless of whether it concerns artisan butchers, deli stores, catering suppliers, test kitchens, or labs, the M-Flex semi-automatic traysealer allows for easy entry into professional packaging without compromises. It offers the full SEALPAC performance on an extremely small footprint, including a wide variety of modern packaging solutions. The M-Flex handles any type of sealable trays and film. All major packaging materials, including plastic, aluminium, stainless steel, and cardboard, are reliably processed into safe, attractive, and contemporary packaging with the highest degree of precision. With this semi-automatic traysealer, the packaging expert enables its customers to use SEALPAC’s entire range of packaging systems, from standard solutions to innovative concepts, such as TraySkin, FlatSkin, FlatMap, and more.

Innovative film transport, rotating system for high outputs

The high-class design of the M-Flex traysealer mirrors that of SEALPAC’s fully automated machines. It is equipped with servo-driven film transport, which controls the movement of the top film in every detail, making the M-Flex suitable for even the most complex packaging systems. This also ensures a particularly economical consumption of film. As a smart feature, both film arms can be folded up during transport, meaning the machine will fit through any industrial door. As an option, the M-Flex can be supplied on wheels to allow for even more movability around the factory. The compact M-Flex traysealer is based on the efficient rotation principle. Whilst manual loading and unloading of the trays takes place at the front, the actual packaging process takes place at the back simultaneously. The rotating table can be turned both left and right, making it suitable for any operator. As soon as the rotating table reaches the correct position, the operator will hear a click and the sealing process starts automatically. As such, no more pressing of buttons is required, resulting in high outputs.

The SEALPAC M-Flex impresses with its innovative ID system that offers an additional level of security. Chips in the top and bottom tools ensure that the machine only starts production if all the appropriate tools are installed. This minimizes the risk of incorrect operation, which increases product safety and efficiency in the packaging process. Owing to the unique tooling quick exchange system on the M-Flex, the set-up time between pack formats is extremely short.

Hygienic design, user-friendly operation

The M-Flex comes with an intuitive touch-screen display. Due to its self-explanatory menu guidance, the monitor is easy to use for any operator. By issuing SmartKey RFID tags, the traysealer automatically recognizes its user and sets the authorities accordingly. This enables full control and traceability in production. With its rounded shapes, water-draining feet and integrated buttons, the M-Flex traysealer stands for sophisticated hygienic design, resulting in highest levels of product safety. Furthermore, the M-Flex traysealer is fully electric, so it requires no water or compressed air.

All of these features make the SEALPAC M-Flex the ideal solution for getting started with tray-sealing. It opens up the world of modern packaging for a wide range of products, including meat, poultry, seafood, dairy, ready meals, alternative proteins, and non-food items.
