Leading FMCG player Bonn Group has launched a new range of bread under its ‘La Americana Gourmet’ product line in its latest offering from a premium range of bakery products. The La Americana Focaccia bread contains no added preservatives and is rich in olives and herbs. The newly launched bread is trans-fat-free and has a good shelf life as other Bonn products, even without added preservatives.

Focaccia is yet another premium product from Bonn’s basket. The group aims to offer nutritious products that can boost health and metabolism when consumers are conscious about everything they eat in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Apart from olives and herbs, the bread is garnished with green chilly and contains oregano, rosemary, and garlic. While rosemary is a rich source of antioxidants, oregano also acts as an antioxidant. This makes it a healthy product and an excellent snacking option.

The demand for bread and other bakery products like biscuits has increased during the pandemic. The competition is high in the FMCG market segment, where major bakery producers are leaving no stone unturned in offering the best. La Americana from Bonn is an exclusive range of bread, cakes, and biscuits, known for its quality ingredients and rich flavors. Although the newly launched Focaccia bread will target customers in cities, metros, and urban areas, Bonn plans to launch such premium products in semi-urban regions, increasing awareness and demand for high-end bakery products. The Focaccia bread is available in 100 grams packs worth Rs 40.
