Prompt DairyTech launched TrackSure, the world's first AI-powered, patented end-to-end crate management system

Milk crates play an important role in the dairy supply chain. However, tracking and monitoring crates can be challenging and expensive for dairies. Prompt TrackSure, is a patented AI-powered end-to-end crate management system that helps dairy manufacturers save time and money.

According to Shridhar Mehta, managing director of Prompt DairyTech, Prompt TrackSure is a patented, AI-powered, cost-effective, end-to-end crate management system that will help dairies increase their efficiency and traceability of crates in real time, without disturbing the current dairy processes.   

He also added that Prompt TrackSure provides numerous benefits for dairy manufacturers, including improved accuracy, reduced labour costs, high-speed processing, efficient inventory management, enhanced traceability, easy integration and data insights and reporting. The Prompt TrackSure system begins by embedding unique tags on crates of various shapes and sizes that are lye, acid, and heat resistant. Two cameras on the dairy conveyor belt capture information about the crates, such as their unique IDs,  weight, and SKUs contained within them. The system's unique ability to link product information with timestamps and SKU types makes it the most comprehensive crate management system.

At the dispatch dock, the mobile app scans each stack of crates and records data about the number of crates loaded, location, vehicle & driver details, and time-stamp. When delivering the crates to retail store, truck driver scan each stack of crates. Using this data, dairies can now capture information about consumption and demand patterns of various products in specific area.

When empty crates are returned at the dairy reception dock, the mobile app scans the stack of crates in real-time without disrupting the existing crate returning procedures of the dairy.  So now dairy producers can identify and track any missing crates and have a complete overview of the crate's lifecycle.
