Noida-based Fabcon deals in the manufacturing and exporting food processing machines, powdering and conveyor systems. Founded in 1981, the company today caters to various other machinery including snack processing machines, seasoning machines, packaging systems, product conveying solutions, powder handling solutions, warehousing automation, etc.

At ANUTEC – International Foodtec India, Fabcon introduced state-of-the-art and exclusive oil fryers and a dynamic weighing seasoning system. Nishant Bansal, chief executive officer and managing director of Fabcon Machines, adds, “We are the only company today here showing two oil fryers. We are demonstrating top-of-the-line snack food frying lines and multi-purpose frying lines, wherein you can do multiple products in one machinery. With multi-purpose frying lines, the customers don’t have to invest in multiple types of machinery to make multiple products.”

“We are also showing dynamic weighing seasoning system, highly efficient in identifying the weight of the product that needs to be seasoned in the precise format. There are two aspects to it. One seasoning is very expensive. It is the most expensive thing in a snack, so you need to save the wastage; second, if the product is under or over seasoned, nobody is going to eat it,” Bansal adds.

Fabcon is well known across the market for its energy-saving, low maintenance, easy to use, and high production rate solutions. The company has a huge export business reaching various countries like Bangladesh, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, etc.
