At its meeting on 12 December 2024, Valio’s Supervisory Board elected Valio’s Chairman of the Board for 2025, farmer Vesa Kaunisto from Veteli. Hence, Kaunisto will continue in the position of chairman. Jarno Kämäräinen and Sauli Lähteenmäki were to resign. Of them, Lähteenmäki left his position in the Board, and Kämäräinen was re-elected. Matti Leikkanen and Satu Pulkka were elected as new board members.

Jari Hekkala, a farmer from Kalajoki, was elected as vice chairman of the supervisory board to replace Satu Pulkka.
