E & S Food Technologies showcases pasta and encrusting machines at Snack & BakeTec 2022

The company has pasta machines right from smaller capacities like 10kg/hr, 20kg/hr, 40kg/hr production capacity till 1ton/hr pasta production continuous lines and are working with center filling cookies machine with varying capacities and attachments according to product shape and sizes.

Gujar informed, “At Snack & Bake Tec 2022, we are showing our encrusting machine –New Magic with 120kg/hr production capacity. We also have our 10kg/hr production capacity Pasta Siromatic machine and 20kg/hr Pasta machine”.

With dealing in the pasta and encrusting machines, the company also works on the requirement of dryers for pasta, bringing the Italian technology of pasta drying and making the dryers on home ground.

She said, “We also work very closely helping to develop new recipes for pasta and cookies. Even with the encrusting machine, we prepare Kachories, gulabjamun, Kozukattai, a south Indian delicacy, and many more, such as an Indian palette. We innovate and try to customize the machines according to product requirements”.
