Inter FoodTech, Snack & BakeTec and Pac MechEx 2022 get a fond farewell by exhibitors & visitors

Inter FoodTech and its co-located shows Snack & BakeTec and Pac MechEx, held from 9 to 11 June at the Bombay Exhibition Center, witnessed curious visitors enhancing their knowledge about the food technology, snacks and packaging industry on the final day. The exhibitors made the most of the final day by networking and displaying their products and equipment. Some also made connections that could be potential partners and customers. It also provided a good platform for new companies stretching their neck out to make a place for themselves and grab customers.

The event served as a good platform for the visitors revealing to them the machinery, technology and science used behind their favorite snacks and packaging. Also spotted mingling with the exhibitors were starry-eyed future entrepreneurs looking to learn from the established companies before foraying into the giant food industry. Visitors have certainly left craving more of such trade shows that exposed them to the food industry, which is a big part of their everyday life.

A total of 171 exhibitors from Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States of America displayed their products in Inter FoodTech, Snack & BakeTec, Pac MechEx 2022.

Amit Hastu, product head, Dotsmark, said, "An exhibition is the promotion of our products and to have a good footfall of relevant customers visiting is the key, and the organizers have done a good job there."

Manoj Patel, chief executive officer, Engimech Industries, said, "Participating for the first time we are very happy with the arrangements done. Also, the footfall had good number of relevant customers."

Alberto Ambrosino, business development head (Italy, Spain & Europe), Kenray, said, "It's been really busy for the last three days. We're happy with the crowd that showed up and we met our main customers during the exhibition."

Aniket Nanajkar, general manager, Technofour Electronics, said, "The best exhibition till date since post-pandemic. A good footfall of relevant customers."

Hemant Gaur, managing director, Siddhivinayak Agri Processing, said, "It is exciting to see people from pan India and the newer generation participating. The footfall has also been good."

Anand Jadi, category manager, engineering and technology, ITC, said, "The exhibition was quite insightful for us regarding multiple big verticals in the business starting from new product development and new business developments. We got some good insights in terms of new technologies and how we can onboard it right now to our current existing lines."
