Clearpack to display latest Packaging Automation Solutions at PackEx India 2021

Clearpack is one of the world's biggest end-of-line packaging machine manufacturers. The company manufactures 15 to 16 types of different case packing systems for various products and industries. At PackEx India 2021 exhibition, Clearpack will be showcasing side load case packer; shrink bundling machine for shaped bottle using screw turning system; and OEE and Diagnostic tools from its group company, Smart Factory Solutions. The exhibition is taking place from 2 to 4 December 2021 at Pragati Maidaan, New Delhi.

According to Clearpack, its state of art side load case packers that the company will be displaying, are well suited to the end of line automation for rectangular-shaped products like all products inside monocarton. Its side load case packer is very compact, high in speed, and suitable to the big size range of cases. It can be adapted to the track and trace system.

Similarly, Clearpack's state of art Shrink bundlers which it will be displaying this time, feature a screwing system to turn unstable and special-shaped curvy bottles from short side to long side and, after turning, create the right packing matrix and then shrink wrapping to create shrink bundled pack as per customer needs like packs of 6's, 12's, 3 s, 20's 24's etc. Clearpack's such shrink bundling machines are widely used for bundling bottles and monocartons in the personal care industry (shampoo, cream, conditioners, Hair oils & lotions bottles and tottles), homecare industry (detergent liquids, dishwashing liquid bottles), pharma industry (cream, syrup bottles, monocarton packs), food industry (ketchup bottles, mayonnaise, edible oil bottles), beverage industry (water, soft drinks PET bottles) and many other industries.
