Packman Engineering is engaged in manufacturing a qualitative assortment of pouch packing machines, filler machines, and grain cleaning plants.

According to Prakash Khokale, director, Packman Engineering, the company manufactures a wide range of machines related to the packaging industry, among which the pouch packing machine is an important one. He adds, “We design and make machines for packing powder as per the customer’s requirement.”

The range of products manufactured at Packman includes pouch packing machines for spices, namkeen, flour, wafer, salt, snacks, and tea, among others.

Khokale said that the company is planning to increase manufacturing speed substantially. He adds, “As of now, the machines produce 70 to 80 packets per minute. We are planning to raise that to 140 to 150 per minute. We run on four servo motors and are trying to move it up to 5 to 6.”

At PackEx 2022

Packman Engineering is participating in the trade show PackEx taking place from 14 to 16 September at BEC, Mumbai, which provides a valuable platform for packaging materials, machinery suppliers, and packaging users.

Khokale shared that at the event, Packman is exhibiting its new model three servo fully automatic pouch packing machine bagger, which is used for packing chips.

Regarding their expectations from PackEx, he says, “We are participating for the first time in this show and hope that we will get new customers and will be able to connect with more people and have good branding.”

“We have heard about this show and have high expectations,” Khokale adds.
